D E S C R I P T I O N   

A special characteristic of the Linear Stage LS-110 is its tough structural shape. All important parts are fabricated from a high rigid, tempered AI-alloy. Linear stages of the structural series LS-110 are mainly suited for industrial laser treatment. The Linear Stage is driven by a recirculating ball screw with 2 mm pitch. Linear guidance systems with recirculating linear ball bearings guarantee a very high guiding stiffness. The Linear Stage LS-110 can be used in any fitting position. For demanding positioning tasks the Linear Stage LS-110 is supplied with a laterally arranged length measuring system which is centrally installed between the guides. Then the operation is running in closed-loop mode. The Linear Stages LS-110 can be equipped with a DC, 2-phase-micro-step (SMC-series) motor. The mechanical limit switches are integrated in the linear stage.
