| Special characteristic of the Linear Stage MT-65 is its compact structural shape. Typical applications for this Linear Stage are inspections and micro-mounting systems for laser diodes and other high-sensible construction parts. A motionless precision ground recirculating ball screw with 1 mm or 2 mm pitch guarantees an optimal running while positioning. Standard the Linear Stages MT-65 are equipped with crossed-roller bearings. | Even without closed-loop (SMC-series) resolutions of 1µm can be achieved without problems. For demanding positioning tasks the Linear Stages MT-65 can be retrofitted or supplied cost-effective with a length linear system (add-on set). Then the operation is running in closed-loop modus. Linear Stages MT-65 are alternatively equipped with a DC-, 2-phase-micro-step (SMC-series) or 5-phase-step motor. Two mechanical limit switches are integrated in the Linear Stage. |
