Internal vacuum compatible connectors are available intwo versions: ceramic for UHV and Special Low Vapour Polymer for high vacuum. DAccessories - D-type Feedthroughs & UHV/HV Connectors-type Feedthroughs are recommended for electrical measurement, signals, heaters up to amps as well as thermocouple connections. Internal and external connections have locking screws which are important for safety and ease of demountability. Particularly suited for the manufacturing of CE compliant equipment. The connectors and sockets are industry standards and can be used witha wide range of connectors available from electronic componentssuppliers.

Accessories - Vacuum Motors VSS SeriesnavPlease note: miCos supplies vacuum-prepared stages with test plugs first, which cannot be used in vacuum. The plughas to be disconnected and replaced by a vacuum plug by the customer. Vacuum feedthrogh, plugs and other vacuum accessories can optionally be obtained from miCos.

Vacuum Motors
navVacuum Stepper Motors for Extreme Environment. The VSS series of Vacuum stepper motors are designed to be used inside vacuum chambers. This eliminates the use of motion feed throughs that generate particulates. Since the stepper motor is relatively simple in design, it can be adapted to operate in extremephysical environments with a few modifications. Under normal conditions, only the bearings are subject to wear. For extreme environment applications, spezial windings, bearings and lubricants are used, as well as special insulating material and spezial adhesive. To accomodate most extreme environmental conditions, Vacuum VSS stepper motors are provided in different grades. Each grade covers a vacuum rating, a temperature range and a radiation level. Assembly, cleaning and conditioning of the Vacuum VSS stepper motors results in a low outgassing rate which makes Vacuum the reliable choice for all the extreme environment applications.
